The Taste Panel is made up of Edinburgh Slow Food Members. We research and source local foods and recipes and then meet up once a month to taste them so we can build up a base of knowledge to help others discover and enjoy the wonderful food that Edinburgh has to offer. The Taste Panel members all love food and we are always on the lookout for local food and recipes. We know that many of you are just the same! If you have a particular knowledge about a certain local food please do get in touch to share your knowledge or perhaps join us for a tasting. We would welcome any feedback or information that would help us in our mission; so if you've found appetising apples from Armadale, beautiful bread from Bonnyrigg, crunchy carrots from Cramond or any other wonderful local produce then please drop us an email to tell us about it at taste@slowfoodedinburgh.co.uk This is our current calendar of Taste Panel meetings so you know what we're up to and what you can expect to hear about when.
